Manufacturing
The Talent Consultancy has worked with this client every year since 2013 with plants and offices in eleven countries across Asia, India, North America, Brazil and Mexico.

Maxion Wheels since 2013 when the then CEO, Fred Bentley, asked her to meet the President for Europe, Africa & Asia Pacific (EAAP) Pieter Klinkers and his VP Human Resources Mark Sinar to discuss challenges the region faced with talent management, succession & hiring. As a result Kathryn delivered a regional assessment of talent for promotions and succession planning, participated in external hiring, created and implemented new hiring standards & processes and coached many EAAP leaders.
Building leadership capability of the EAAP team was a priority and Kathryn delivered bespoke training workshops for the senior executives in the region.
Kathryn has worked with Maxion Wheels since 2013 assessing executives in the EAAP and Americas regions and she has carried out numerous in-depth 360’s to support development & succession potential. In 2015 when Mark Sinar was promoted to Global VP HR she was asked to create a global leadership development framework for all leaders and managers across 20 manufacturing plants and received overwhelming acceptance of the framework by the CEO and leadership team. Kathryn was then asked to create a competency framework for the business to be used in performance management and development, and she also established coaching guidelines and set the standard for 360’s to be used globally.
Kathryn has prepared & coached leaders for promotion onto the global Leadership Team (LT) following the appointment of Pieter Klinkers as CEO in March 2015; all have successfully integrated with in-depth ‘First 100 Days’ plans. Kathryn has coached over 20 global executives & continues to act as advisor to the CEO & his team on leadership performance & people related matters. She participates in the global LT and EAAP executive team off-sites delivering workshops on leadership, and was invited to participate as one of 12 individuals on the newly created Innovation team providing input on culture globally. Currently she is leading a 2030 vision for the global LT with a series of workshops to prepare leaders to deliver their 5+ year strategic objectives and she continues to coach LT members & their teams.
